Unhappy Birthday to Me...

Today is my 21st birthday. I was really excited, but as the day went on I realized more and more people had forgotten or didn't care that it was my birthday. This is supposed to be the big one, the exciting one! But it sucked. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to have made it another year and very thankful for those people who did remember, but I've realized how few friends I have, how few people genuinely care. It hurts. There were a few people who I really thought would say something, people who are very important to me, but they seem to have forgotten, or don't care, I'm not sure which one is worse. So, here's hoping to things improving...
